BabyDays newborn guide
How we prepare the BabyDays newborn guide
We write clear answers to questions parents ask about newborn feeding and early care. These pages provide general information. They cannot assess your baby or replace your care team's advice.
How we choose topics
Parent questions and product support themes help us decide what to research. We combine or leave out topics when their answers overlap. A personal story can raise a useful question, but it does not establish a medical fact.
How we check health information
Health articles link to named health services or professional organizations. We record when the linked material was checked. Guidance can change and may differ by country, so we identify location limits when they apply.
Sources support the statements beside them. They do not mean that an outside organization reviewed or endorsed BabyDays.
Clinical review
The published articles identify BabyDays as their author and link to their sources. They do not currently name a qualified clinical reviewer. When a qualified professional reviews an article and agrees to be named, we will show that review clearly.
Unpublished health drafts remain out of the site until a qualified reviewer has assessed them, requested changes are complete, and the sources have been checked again.
Corrections and questions
If you spot a factual error or a source that no longer supports a statement, email BabyDays support. For advice about your own baby, contact your care team.
